The .338 Xtreme Tactical is the flagship of our rifle line. Introduced in 2007, the .338 Xtreme Tactical is not just a rifle, but a complete shooting system comprised of a state-of-the-art rifle and a new ultra-high-performance cartridge capable of engaging targets at ranges in excess of 1 ¼ miles, with a flatter trajectory and less wind deflection than almost any other commercially-produced cartridge. At one mile, the .338 Xtreme Tactical is capable of minute-of-angle accuracy, and its 266-grain solid copper bullet retains a velocity of 1,550 f.p.s. and about 1,000 ft. pounds of energy. This performance makes the .338 Xtreme Tactical ideal for military, law-enforcement and long-range hunting applications.
